- Cellular and transcriptional diversity over the course of human lactation.
We profiled single cells in human breast milk over the full course of lactation, revealing epithelial specialization and roles for anti-inflammatory macropahges. The macrophage data analysis pipeline is accessible and featured here via Terra. And our pre-print is here.
